Yotel, Edinburgh & Amsterdam
EME took the challenge to develop a new F&B concept for the new YOTEL hotel chain. Next to creating a modern version of Italian Barista café and Deli for hotel guest and local clientele, EME created an unique breakfast ‘cupboard’ buffet with a flexible concept: dine-in or take away possibilities for all food items. Quality, originality and appearance of the products play an important role. YOTELs are typically conceived for short stays and are found in easily accessible, fast upcoming city center’s. The client of this project is Starwood Capital Group, also partially owner of YOTEL.
