Tulip Inn Airport hotel opened November 2016. The hotel has 143 rooms spread over five floors. The target group is mainly passengers from Schiphol, aged between 25 and 55 years, as well as business travelers in the budget segment.

EME Hospitality Projects has been asked by Ping Properties to develop the F&B concept. The F&B concept developed by EME focuses on comfort, is distinctive and staff efficient. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are presented in a special food cupboard. Breakfast is available for € 12,50 with plenty of choice between hot and cold breakfast items. The lunch concept is based on a ‘bun concept’: the guest chooses a slider, picks a stuffing and adds condiments like salad or soup. The dinner offer includes soup, salad and four hot meals like rice/pasta/potato and meat/fish/veggie. The bar is open all day for coffee & drinks and during the evening for bites. For a snack or bite on the go/ impulse purchase, the reception offers a food- & non-food assortment via a small shop.
