NH Hoteles, one of the top 25 hotel chains in the world, operates in 26 countries in Europe, America and Africa. Competing with a Spanish concept developer EME won the job to develop a new hospitality concept. EME developed the open bar concept, named NOSH, where guests can relax and enjoy the offer of food & beverages in a warm and homely environment. The unit of the NOSH concept has a product side and a preparation side and all the equipment is integrated in the design. The F&B assortment includes (local) hot and cold dishes, snacks and drinks. Guests can grab their F&B products at the product side of the unit and prepare or heat it up at the preparation side of the unit. Take-away is also possible. The NOSH concept is characterized by the modern and vibrant look, self-service and operates 7 days a week with minimal staff. The four star NH hotel Groningen in the Netherlands is the first NH Hotel where the new concept is implemented.
