Meininger has 17 locations in 11 European cities. Meininger combines the convenience of a hostel with the comfort of a hotel. EME Hospitality Projects has been asked to give advice on the current F&B offer and develop a new F&B concept for the new hotels. We think of funky, playful with extensive F&B areas. Guests will be able to choose to sit together in the cafeteria, with a possibility to hide away in one of the booths. They can also have a drink at the bar or combine their own meal box in the deli – shop and cook in the communal kitchen. For those who don’t want to cook can have lunch and/or dinner in the restaurant.
